Job Title:                 Merchandise Associate

Reporting:               Manager, Merchandise

Entertainment Group (SEG) is a forward thinking, buzz creating, professional sports event group. We seek an organized and enthusiastic Merchandise Associate. Help our incredible fans who support the Saskatoon Blades and the Saskatchewan Rush make their mark through all aspects of both merchandise stores. 

This retail-based position is focused on excellent customer service, merchandise ordering processes, and everything included in running the Rush & Blades store-front locations. Your dependable and reliable work ethic, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm towards a high paced work environment will enhance the experience of our dedicated fans. 

Qualified applicants must be willing to commit to the demanding schedule of working sports; flexible hours which include game nights, weekends, holidays, and promotional events. 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Entering and receiving new merchandise
  • Tagging new merchandise
  • Maintaining and tracking inventory
  • Assisting with store front
  • Assisting customer while shopping
  • Selling merchandise on POS system (Vend)
  • Return or exchange items in store
  • Cashing out store tills
  • Filling online orders and corresponding with customers
  • Assisting with store websites and social media
