Saskatoon, SK - In wake of the recent tragedy involving the Humboldt Broncos Junior A Hockey Club, Saskatchewan Rush Lacrosse Club players will be showing support in tonight’s game by wearing specially designed helmet decals.

With the words Sask Strong embedded in the Broncos logo, the decals symbolize solidarity and resiliency amongst citizens of our province and nation, coming together for the Broncos family during this difficult time. In addition to helmet decals, a coordinated moment of silence will take place prior to tonight’s game.

SaskTel Centre will be collecting cash donations for the Humboldt Broncos fund. Jerseys worn by Rush players during warmups, will be auctioned off by the Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association with proceeds going to the Humboldt Broncos fund. A donation box will also be present at the SLA booth on the SaskTel Centre concourse.

Again, Saskatchewan Rush players, coaches, staff, and ownership send our condolences and prayers to all affected by what has taken place. The entire Rush organization enters tonight’s game with a heavy heart. We are with you Humboldt, stay strong.
