After an incredible 2019 BCJALL season where he led his Victoria Shamrocks to the Minto Cup final, Manns was drafted in the second round of the 2019 NLL Entry Draft. He attended Drexel University for two years to play NCAA lacrosse before making the step up to the Toronto Rock. In the summer of 2023, Manns led the Western Lacrosse Associaition in scoring with 89 points in the regular season, 11 more than anyone else in the Senior A league.
