2025/26 Recap - Rush Nation Night

On December 6th, 2025, the Saskatchewan Rush opened the 2025/26 regular season against the Calgary Roughnecks for the Battle of the Prairies. The home opener was all about the fans, dubbed "Rush Nation Night".
Rush Nation also got to celebrate Robert Church, who had officially appeared in the most games ever by a Rush player with 184. Church celebrated the night with 4 goals in the first half, including the first Bacon goal of the season, as the Rush scored 10 through 2 quarters.
At halftime, Rush Nation participated in a "where's Rowdy" contest with the winners getting tickets to the team's away game in Vegas later in the season. Halftime also featured introductions and a performance by the 2025/26 Original 16 Electric Crew. The concourse featured new additions for the season, including our new bar hang challenge for Rush Nation. As well as returning favourites like Headrush Tattoos.
The Rush capped off the night with an exciting fourth quarter led by 2 goals from Zach Manns to silence a fourth-quarter rally from the Roughnecks. Robert Church led the way with 4 goals, while Frank Scigliano made 39 saves as the Rush took the game 16-13.
