
PREVIEW: Saskatchewan vs Halifax (Game 2)
May 5, 2025Saskatoon, SK – The Saskatchewan Rush will host the Halifax Thunderbirds in game two of the second round in the 2025 NLL Playoffs presented by PlayNow on Saturday, May 10th at 7:30PM.
Austin Shanks scored six goals and Zach Manns had a nine-point game to open up the best of three series with a 16-7 win for the green machine. Robert Church and Brock Haley had multi-goal games inside Scotiabank Centre. Frank Scigliano made 41 saves in the win, while Jake Naso won 14/24 faceoffs.
The scene shifts back to Co-op Field in SaskTel Centre for game two and three, if necessary. Doors will open at 6:30PM on Saturday, May 10th and 5:00PM on Sunday, May 11th.
Viewers in Canada can watch game one with Teddy Jenner and Pat Gregoire on TSN, with those in America able to watch on ESPN+.

Winner of this series will face the Buffalo Bandits in the NLL Final, after they swept the Vancouver Warriors 2-0 in their semifinal series. Game one of that series will be Friday, May 16th at KeyBank Centre.
