PREVIEW: Saskatchewan VS Panther City (Feb.3)

Saskatoon, SK –– The Saskatchewan Rush (1-4) and Panther City Lacrosse Club (3-3) will battle it out on Co-op Field at SaskTel Centre on Saturday, February 3rd. 

 

The Rush are coming off an 11-9 loss against the Vancouver Warriors. Zach Manns and Robert Church each had five points in the contest. Manns leads the team with 28 points this season, while Ryan Keenan leads the club with 16 assists. Frank Scigliano made 39 saves against Vancouver, bumping his save percentage to .788 this season.

Panther City exploded offensively in a 21-12 win over Vegas in their last outing. Callum Crawford had 14 points and Will Malcom had 12 in the win, while Nick Damude made 29 saves. Crawford leads the team with 43 points this season, while Damude holds a goals against average of 10.88. 

 

Father Time: At 39-years-old, Callum Crawford is on pace for 69 goals this season.  In his 18 year career, his career high is 48.
