Rush Acquire 3rd round pick from San Diego

Saskatoon, SK - The Saskatchewan Rush have acquired a 2029 third-round pick from the San Diego Seals in exchange for left-handed forward Clark Walter.

Walter was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2020 NLL Entry Draft by the Rush and has recorded 119 points over 49 regular-season games with the team. Last season, Walter recorded 9 points in 5 games.

“Clark Walter brought great energy to the floor every weekend. These decisions are difficult when you’re talking about such a great quality person." Said Rush GM Derek Keenan. "We’re thankful for the years we had with Clark. We’re in a situation where our left side is quite full, and we still have free agency and the entry draft.”
